ArchBIM is operated by Sanjiv Kapila, an individual developer based in India. We create professional Revit add-ins for the AEC industry. Our website is archbim.co.in and our support email is support@archbim.co.in.
By downloading, installing, or using any ArchBIM software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Upon purchase, ArchBIM grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Software on a single machine for your own professional purposes.
The Software may be used free of charge for 30 days from the date of first installation on a given machine. No credit card or account is required for the trial. After the trial period, a license purchase is required to continue using the Software.
Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles all billing, VAT, and tax obligations. The current price for a full license is USD 12 (one-time). Prices may change for future purchases; existing license holders are not affected.
The Software and all associated content are the sole property of ArchBIM / Sanjiv Kapila. These Terms do not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. ArchBIM makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use the Software at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArchBIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on our website. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
