Refund Policy

Effective date: 3 March 2026

Try before you buy. Every ArchBIM add-in includes a full-featured 30-day free trial — no credit card required. We encourage you to test the Software thoroughly during the trial period before purchasing.

1. Our Refund Commitment

Because our products are digital software delivered instantly, and because a generous free trial is available before any payment is required, we generally do not offer refunds after a license key has been issued.

However, we want every customer to be satisfied. If you experience a genuine issue, please read the exceptions below.

2. Eligible Refunds

We will issue a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The Software does not perform as described on our website, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • You were charged in error (duplicate transaction, billing mistake, etc.).
  • Technical issues prevent the Software from running on a supported Revit version (2025 or 2026) and we are unable to fix them.

3. Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
  • The issue arises from use on an unsupported Revit version or operating system.
  • The Software was purchased and the key was used to activate on multiple machines in violation of the license terms.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@archbim.co.in within 7 days of purchase with:

  • Your order number (from the LemonSqueezy receipt email)
  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through LemonSqueezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
